If you have any safeguarding concerns for yourself or others and would like to raise them please use the form below.

All reports are picked up by the leagues Child Protection Officer and Safeguarding Lead who will take the appropriate action following any reports or concerns received.

If you would prefer to discuss your concerns on a 121 basis please contact Rikki Hammersley (DSL/CPO) or any member of the committee who will pass the report on as required.
