Classes to start Monday the 9th of January!!
Monday-
17:15-18:00
kids boxing. Building confidence and learning basics, most importantly having fun!! Age 6-10
18:00-19:00
Begginers boxing. Developing fundamentals and building confidence through boxing. Age 10-16
19:00-20:00
Squad Session. More advance techniques and opportunity to spar and compete if you want to.
Tuesday-
19:00-20:00 open boxing session. fitness and fun focused around boxing techniques.
Wednesday-
17:15-18:00

Fitness and striking class. improve general fitness and have some fun through striking techniques
Adult classes are available at 19:00 Monday-Friday. you can access all this classes for just £40 per month!! fantastic value for passionate and experienced coaches. A pay as you go option of £5 is also available which can be paid cash or card.
kids classes are are only £25 per month!! fantastic value for improved confidence and top quality coaching.
(please note the monthly payment option is preferably paid by standing order. January's payment will have a £5 reduction and be due Friday the 6th)
In 2023 we will also be offering some supplementary classes at a cost of £5 per Session-
Tuesday-
18:00-19:00 Ladies only boxing!! we have been asked about this many times so here it is...Fun, fitness and weight loss through boxing techniques!!
Thursday-
20:00-21:00
MMA/Wrestling. we are excited to welcome former world champion Dean Trueman to IFU wish to pass on his vast knowledge. Covering striking and wrestling techniques!!
It is advisable to book these 2 classes as the numbers will be capped!! please message the page
