After another hugely successful event in 2024, we will be back again on Sunday 16th March 2025.

| Youth (15-16yrs) | 400m | 5km |
| Adult (17+) | 400m | 5km |
| Vet (40-49) | 400m | 5km |
| Super-Vet (50+) | 400m | 5km |
| Relay | 400m | 5km |
Entry fees:
Adults - £TBA; Juniors (16 or under on 31-Dec-25) - £TBA
BTF members must produce a current BTF licence at registration
Entries may be available on the day if there are places left, please check before you turn up! - PLEASE NOTE, YOU MAY NOT GET A CHIP TIME
The first swimmer will start at approximately 08:30. Juniors will race first.
