We offer a comprehensive triathlon specific training program covering all key disciplines, Most members pick the sessions most relevant to them and attend those. All our current training sessions are shown on the calendar page, but our typical weekly/monthly/annual schedule looks like this. Monday6.30am 30 mins Strength & Conditioning via Zoom7.10pm Triathlon specific spin class (Malvern Splash spin studio)
Tuesday6.30am 30 mins Strength & Conditioning via Zoom7.00pm Coached run session (various Malvern locations)
Wednesday6.30am 30 mins Strength & Conditioning via Zoom7.00om Coached swim session (Malvern Splash)
Thursday6.30am 30 mins Strength & Conditioning via Zoom
Friday6.30am 30 mins Strength & Conditioning via Zoom
Saturday or Sunday

9.00am Team turbo session meet up on Zwift (Oct-Mar)

Sunday9.30am Monthly 5/10k run and coffee (Oct-Mar)
