We offer a comprehensive triathlon specific training program covering all key disciplines, Most members pick the sessions most relevant to them and attend those. All our current training sessions are shown on the calendar page, but our typical weekly/monthly/annual schedule looks like this. Check out the sub pages for more detail on each session:

All of our club coaches are fully British Triathlon qualified. They are all volunteers and give their time free of charge to help club members train and develop.
