The Board at ARK and their Roles

ARK's Board has the overall and formal responsibility for the club; its economy, physical frames, and structure. The Board consists of 7 members:

The Chair

Has the general survey of the club and is the one who brings together the Board and makes sure that the club's 3 sections ()men's, women's, and youth) work well together. Most often, the Chair represents the club externally and is the one to be contacted with questions not directly related to any of the 3 sections. 

The Treasurer

Is responsible for the club's payments, keeps an eye on subscriptions, does the accounting and budget, and provides sparring on the club's economy on the Board. 

The Secretary

Has the task of booking pitches for training and tournaments, updating the club's information on various websites, registering the number of members, and helping the Chair with ad hoc tasks. 

The Women's Rep

Is the Women's Section's contact with the Board and the one who the players of the women's team shall address if they want the Board to act on something and vice versa. The Rep is also responsible for the formalities for the Women's Section such as applying for licenses for new players, keeping in contact with DRU, and helping The Treasurer recover club fees. 

The Men's Rep

Is the Men's Section's contact with the Board and the one who the players of the men's team shall address if they want the Board to act on something and vice versa. The Rep is also responsible for the formalities for the Men's Section such as applying for licenses for new players, keeping in contact with DRU, and helping The Treasurer recover club fees.

The Youth's Rep

Is the Youth's Section's contact with the Board and the one who the players of the youth team shall address if they want the Board to act on something and vice versa. The Rep is also responsible for the formalities for the Youth's Section such as applying for licenses for new players, keeping in contact with DRU, and helping The Treasurer recover club fees.

Club House Responsible

Has the overall responsibility for the maintenance of the club's facilities and outdoor areas. Decides in collaboration with the rest of the Board how economic priorities should be made.
